Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of GameHub. By accessing the site or playing any game on it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The service

GameHub provides free, browser-based games. We may add, change, or remove games and features at any time without notice.

2. Acceptable use

• Don't cheat, exploit, automate, or otherwise abuse leaderboards or multiplayer matches.
• Don't attempt to disrupt the service, reverse-engineer it, or scrape it at scale.
• Don't use GameHub to harass other players or post illegal content.
• Don't attempt to access another user's account or data.

We may suspend or ban accounts that violate these rules.

3. Accounts

Most games can be played anonymously. If you create an account, you are responsible for the activity on it. You must be at least 13 years old to use GameHub.

4. Content & IP

All games, code, logos, and graphics on GameHub are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to play the games for personal, non-commercial use. You may not republish, redistribute, or embed the games elsewhere without permission.

5. User submissions

If you submit content (a chat message, a meme prompt, a screen-name), you grant us a worldwide, royalty- free license to host and display that content as needed to operate the service. You are responsible for what you submit and confirm you have the rights to submit it.

6. Disclaimers

GameHub is provided "as is". We make no warranties about uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Games may contain bugs. Use at your own risk.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, GameHub is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to ₹100 (one hundred rupees).

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these Terms. You may stop using GameHub at any time.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the new Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled exclusively in the courts of the operator's jurisdiction.
